1. Returns and Refunds Policy

All refunds are valid for 30 days from the date you receive your package. If 30 days have passed since receiving your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will be issued back to the same form of payment used.

  • Refunds to Credit/Debit Cards: Please note that the refund may take 5-10 business days to process and reflect in your account.
  • Refunds for Purchases Made with Loyalty Points: Purchases made with Loyalty Points will be refunded back to your Loyalty Points balance, which can be used immediately.

If your return is eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • Important: Do not touch or consume the damaged item, as broken bottles can lead to serious injuries. Buykoreanginseng.com is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from attempts to handle or consume damaged items.
  • What if I never received the package?

    • If you haven’t received your package, we recommend first checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address.   • When will I get my refund?
